Defeat Your Demons Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Defeat Your Demons! We're committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:
Return Requests
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@defeat-your-demons.com. Include a brief explanation of the reason for the return. In some cases, we may request a photo of the item to proceed with the return process.
- Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Shipping Returns
- Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
- Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address is: Ellen Warmondhof 19, 2548 BE, Den Haag, the Netherlands.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will reimburse the shipping costs if the return is accepted, provided that only the standard shipping rate was selected. Please note, we do not refund expedited or special order shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not available. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
- For the quickest service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
- Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Processing times for banks or credit card companies can vary.
